Please join Georgia Bio’s Emerging Leaders Network for our next Small Dinner event featuring Katie Fisher, Vice President of Quality at Vero Biotech.
Katie is a 12+ year chemistry veteran with experience in the highly regulated medical device and pharmaceutical industry. She has extensive experience leading chemistry teams in Quality Control testing, method development, method validation, instrument qualification and maintenance, and software validation. She has comprehensive practical regulatory knowledge with respects to GMP/GLP, CFR Parts 11, 820, 210, and 211, USP, ISO and ASTM standards, in conjunction with Internal/Supplier audits, FDA and regulatory body audits (front room/back room), CAPA and non-conformance processes. Mrs. Fisher holds undergraduate degrees in chemistry and mathematics with graduate work in electrical engineering. She is certified from the American Society of Quality as a Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
