Bookkeeper

Lee Beth Burge joined Georgia Bio in August 2017 as a contract bookkeeper. She currently provides all of the accounting and financial support for Georgia Bio, the Georgia Global Health Alliance, and the Georgia BioEd Institute.

Lee Beth started her accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has spent the last 24 years serving dozens of small and mid-sized business clients and numerous nonprofit organizations with financial, accounting, and back office expertise.

Lee Beth received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. She and her husband live in Decatur where they raised 4 children.  Lee Beth is an active volunteer with Friends of Refugees and her church.
